1、将红薯去皮切块,隔水蒸熟,压成泥,放进面包桶,加入水、蛋液、糖、盐、奶粉、面粉和切成小块的黄油,在面粉顶端加入酵母。
2、选择面包机的和面程序10分钟,静置5分钟后再和面13分钟。
3、面团和好后选择面包机的发酵功能50分钟。
4、将面团取出,用手掌压出面团内的气体,分成7份,盖上保鲜膜,松弛20分钟。
5、将面团擀成椭圆形,放上蒸熟的红薯块,从上往下卷成橄榄形,收口捏紧,在可可粉上滚一圈。
6、收口朝下,放在烤箱自带的不粘烤盘上,放入烤箱内发酵50分钟。
7、发酵好的面包坯,放入预热好上火170度,下火180度的烤箱倒数第二层,烘烤15分钟左右。
8、面包取出晾凉即可食用。
