是你的方法有误!蒸米饭锅胆厚的为宜!这样不容糊掉!你先把米和水放到锅里!水多一点不要紧!待把水煮沸后一到两分钟!然后用勺子把汤撇掉!表面看到到水就行了!如果是煤气灶最小火蒸十五分钟就行了!(闻到米香后就差不多了!要是怕糊煮过用蒸板蒸绝不糊!
